Sharing our stories can be hard. I know that it takes a lot of strength and vulnerability to open up with a therapist. The decision to seek therapy is usually at a difficult time in one’s life. When you are having trouble seeing the light, i’ll sit with you in the dark. You do not need to go through this alone.
